Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a n entry level Bilingual Recruiter to join our Londonderry , NH team. Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus!

Pay is based on experience. $17-20 / hr plus monthly commission .

Responsibilities :

As a n Entry Level Recruiter at Wicked Staffing Solutions, you'll be responsible for :

• Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conducting interviews and screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for client positions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Requirements :

Previous experience in recruitment or staffing a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping people find their perfect job.

A strong background in the Customer Service field is very helpful.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative & savvy social media user.
• Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus.
• This position requires an onsite presence in our Londonderry, NH office and does not offer remote work options .
• Relocation is not available, local candidates only.
