The Role
- Assist colleagues in the management of the annual lifecycle of employee benefits for clients
- Work with the Account Managers, Account Executives and Producers to meet client needs, including : Strategy : reviewing clients’ benefit options Updating benefit guides Answer client questions Address escalated member benefit issues Work with vendors to solve employer and employee benefits issues Organize and participate in employee meetings (open enrollment, benefits fairs, Assist with RFPs for clients Help new clients through the onboarding process Assist colleagues with maintaining clients’ insurance policies
- Ensure the internal compliance process is being followed and documented
