A client of ours in Sherwood is looking to add an experienced MIG Welders to their team. These positions are a great fit for hard-working, reliable individuals looking for long-term employment with competitive pay!

This is an evaluation to a full-time hire position!
Qualifications :
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications :
- Ability to prepare weldments for assembly into structural fabricated products.
- Proficiency in achieving high-quality and maximum-strength welds with a wide range of metal sizes, with minimal distortion.
- Capability to read blueprints and weld symbols (able to pass a Weld Exam).
- Experience running 0.45, 0.52, 1 / 16 wire.
- Rudimentary math skills.
- Knowledge of jib and overhead cranes.
- Ability to fit from a blueprint with or without fixtures.
- Proficient in planning all welding jobs from start to finish, using a wide range of metal sizes.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Capability to work across multiple product lines (six different product lines).
- Must be able to wear steel-toed boots and metatarsal guards.
- Must pass pre-employment physical, background check, drug screen, and respirator exam.
- Fitting skills with and without prints.
Swing Shift Schedule :
Monday-Friday 6 am-2 : 30 pm
Pay : $23-28hr DOE
