Job Description :
Casa Teresa is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
As the Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of all restaurant activities, from front-of-house to back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and development to maintain high standards of performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to align operations with the restaurant’s vision and goals.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Ass. GM or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for Spanish cuisine and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
