Casa Teresa is a tribute to Rubén’s abuela Teresa, honoring the home cooks who laid the foundation of Spanish culinary traditions.

Job Description :

Casa Teresa is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

As the Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of all restaurant activities, from front-of-house to back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and development to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to align operations with the restaurant’s vision and goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Ass. GM or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for Spanish cuisine and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
