Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department.
- Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
- Proficient in using basic office software and dealership management systems.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
