Anaplan Consultants work in partnership with our clients to ensure maximum value out of their Anaplan investment. Anaplan consultants serve as subject matter experts in a variety of strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients and transform the way they plan and report across their business and collaborate across functions.

Slalom is currently seeking experienced professionals to model build and implement creative solutions within our Anaplan practice.

What You'll Do

• Translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets and business problems into elegant, intuitive Anaplan multi-dimensional models
• Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
• Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and team
• Develop model documentation
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions
• Lead UAT testing and deployment
• Up to 30% regional travel

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS
• 3+ years' experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including at least one Anaplan implementation OR 3+ years' industry experience in a planning role (FP&A, Supply Chain Planning, etc.

with proficiency in other relevant technologies (Pigment, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPivot, etc.)

• Must have completed Anaplan Model Builder Certification prior to start date (Level 1 Model Building, Level 2 Model Building, and The Anaplan Way)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build / test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style
• Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Supply Chain, Retail, Finance or Sales strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
• Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach
• Strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the base salary pay range is $96,000 to $177,000.

For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
