We are a full service hospital providing veterinary care to dogs, cats, exotics, and pocket pets. Our services include daily appointments, surgeries, consults, drop-off exams / treatments, bathing, grooming, and boarding.

We are seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our growing team and help ensure we are providing those great experiences.

When you join our organization as a Veterinary Technician, you gain access to a peer network of over 5000 individuals, CE allowance, and Learning & Development programs to help you meet your career goals.

Position Skills :

• Professional client communication and education obtaining medical histories and symptoms
• Laboratory procedures including but not limited to : hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, and fecals
• Diagnostic imaging and implementing safety protocols of fellow staff members
• Nursing skills including : restraining patients, administering medications PO / IV / SUBQ / IM, applying and maintaining bandages, proficient IV catheter placement and venipuncture, surgery prep, anaesthesia monitoring
• Proficient in dental prophylaxis

Position Requirements :

• Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or the ability to transfer credentials from state to state.
• Associates degree in Veterinary Technology

Pay range of $20.00-$26.00 / hour based on experience.
