Purpose The Sales Lead sets an example in delivering the best customer experience possible and motivates Budtenders to do the same.
The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the Budtender team with their daily responsibilities and sees that store goals are met.
The Sales Lead promotes a work environment that is positive, fun and rewarding for both the team and customers.
Essential Duties Leadership and Supervision Embody LivWell core values in all activities and project that onto the Budtenders Effectively lead the store while the General Manager or Assistant Manager is not present Opening or closing when working the first or last shifts of the day Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled Budtenders and the Budtenders break schedule Effectively lead each shift by delegating responsibilities to the Budtenders and following up to ensure they complete them efficiently and accurately Must be proficient in all areas of the store including but not limited to front desk, sales floor, and back of house to assist when necessary Sales and Customer Satisfaction : Motivate the Budtenders to provide the best customer experience possible by providing feedback and coaching of selling standards Ensure customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient by being present on the sales floor and assisting when necessary Educate the Budtenders on product knowledge and responsible use of product to ensure information is shared to customers accurately and consistently Ensure the Budtenders are creating loyalty to our brand through education of the LivWell rewards program Educate the Budtenders on sales floor maintenance to ensure every area is stocked and brand standards are met Provide support to the management team by communicating store sales goals to the staff and assist Budtenders to meet those sales and metric goals Provide training and development of new Budtenders on shift Ensure Budtenders remain up to date by communicating new company procedures, sales incentives and product information Ensure proper approval for customer discounts, returns and exchanges on shift Addresses and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner Communicate any ongoing tasks or issues to the other Shift Leads and management team Communicate serious customer concerns and employee behavioral issues to the General Manager and Assistant Manager Systems : Accountable for utilizing store technology, POS and online ordering systems.
Accountable for cash intake on shift, providing Budtenders change, counting out registers and recording accurate sales numbers in POS Responsible to utilize Company tools, Intranet and Learn Brands for ongoing product training and company news and updates.
Responsible for utilizing HR platforms to review schedules and record time cards accurately.
Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations Responsible for maintaining compliance and reporting, and ensures communication and resolution in a timely manner.
Assist management team in correcting any known inventory issues to ensure compliance.
Other Duties : Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience : Six months or more of work experience in a related industry or work environment preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Oral and written communication capabilities.
Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Fun attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality.
Ability to creatively cultivate long- term customer relationships.
Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in an efficient and professional manner.
Reliable transportation Regular and on time attendance is required.
Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations : MED Badge-Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, MED.
Working Conditions : Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Hours may exceed 40 hours per week.
Flexibility to support other retail locations within 25 mile radius.Starting Payrate is $17.00 / hr Notice : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
