Job Summary : Lead real estate activities within your designated region, focusing on maximizing revenue from land assets through leasing and transactions.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing relationships with government and community stakeholders, coordinating zoning and permitting processes, and ensuring compliance with local land use regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and Execute Real Estate Opportunities (40%) : Proactively seek out and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the value of existing land holdings through strategic leasing and transactions.
  • Government and Community Relations (20%) : Foster positive relationships with governmental bodies, community groups, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful real estate endeavors.
  • Zoning and Permitting Coordination (10%) : Oversee and manage the rezoning and land use permitting processes, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring Local Land Use Issues (10%) : Stay abreast of local land use developments that may impact business operations, and address potential challenges accordingly.
  • Compliance Support (10%) : Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with legal obligations related to land assets, such as proffers and conditions.
  • Real Estate Documentation Support (10%) : Assist the Real Estate Coordinator with various documentation tasks, including leases, licenses, and easements.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree
  • Work Experience : Previous experience in commercial / industrial land planning and zoning
