Lead Level Commercial Electrician - Can Start ASAP!
Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Level Journeyman Electrician to lead a team of electricians for commercial projects in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial-level electrical work including installation, troubleshooting, and leading a team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 4-8 electricians on commercial projects.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Lay out jobs and ensure all electrical work is completed to code.
Install and bend conduit, pull wire, and install lighting fixtures, receptacles, and outlets.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Handle new construction and tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
Essential Skills
7-10 years of experience in the electrical trade.
Active Journeyman Electrician (JM) Card.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
Experience in leading and managing a small team.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in both new construction and tenant improvement projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
