The Midwest Regional Sales Manager drives profitable sales growth of fluid control products for industrial, life science, and medical markets.
They focus on a multi-channel strategy, primarily working with regional distributors, using consultative selling to highlight product value and tailor solutions to customer needs.
The sales territory includes Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate regional sales activities for products and services.
- Meet annual sales goals and quotas for profitable growth.
- Build value through relationship development and technical expertise.
- Identify and address customer needs with tailored solutions.
- Hold distributors accountable for effective lead follow-up.
- Deliver engaging presentations and resolve customer complaints.
- Plan and support distributor training for new and existing products.
- Drive opportunities with OEMs for value-added solutions.
- Manage projects using the company CRM and online tools.
- Advance large or complex projects to accelerate order timelines.
- Provide monthly reports on activities and project progress.
- Implement price adjustments and manage contract negotiations.
- Monitor customer performance for future strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate engineer-to-engineer discussions for complex projects.
- Travel extensively to build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure channels support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
- Communicate effectively within the company to address opportunities and concerns.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US
Accept a drug test to be performed
Willing to travel outside of normal working hours
Must be residing within the assigned territory or at the Cincinnati area near headquarters
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
