Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, with a specific focus on roofing & exteriors.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Coordination :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Schedule and oversee all construction activities from start to finish.

Team Management :

• Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.
• Ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members to foster a productive and positive work environment.

Budget and Resource Management :

• Monitor project budgets and ensure that expenses are kept within the allocated budget.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely manner.
• Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs.

Quality Control and Compliance :

• Ensure all projects are executed to the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain project integrity.

Client Communication :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status, timelines, and any changes.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Risk Management :

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to on-site.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
