Responsibilities

As a Coax Splicer, you will be a part of a team of construction professionals who produce high-quality work while using specialized skills in splicing, activations, testing, troubleshooting, and more to make a difference.

You will upgrade the existing plant, plant extensions, and new building construction. You believe in doing the job right.

Pay Range : $25-$30 per hour

In addition, you will :

• Splice, sweep and troubleshoot existing aerial and underground coaxial cable
• Optimize new Nodes and splice in node splits to reduce capacity
• Utilize RF Meters and TDR (time-domain reflectometers)
• Read CATV telecommunication design and prints
• Work in outdoor utility construction sites

Qualifications

About You :

• You have a working knowledge of the insurance industry
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
• You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced high volume work environment
• You have positive people skills and a pleasant demeanor

MOS Code 88N relates well to this position.
