Job Description
Accounting Clerk :
Our client needs an Accounting Clerk to do basic accounting duties within both AR & AP to support the Accounting Manager.
This candidate must be able to step into this role with minimal training and no handholding.
This candidate would have an accounting background doing :
Processing Transactions :
Handling invoices, payments, and receipts
Recording daily financial transactions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Billing & follow-up calls on receivables
Resolving discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
Reconciling Accounts :
Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
Data entry :
Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
Maintaining and updating financial records accurately
Misc :
Performing other clerical tasks as needed, such as answering phones, filing, and organizing documents
Assisting with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management

Pay : $23-26 hourly.
Onsite - Mon-Friday - 9 am-5 pm / La Habra
