DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Denver, CO! With minimal supervision, the Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive bids for Commercial Industrial Door and Loading Dock Systems.
They will work to support our sales staff, resulting in profitable sales and positive customer relationships. Knowledge and / or experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred, but we are open to training as well!
Job Responsibilities :
- Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project
- Determine time frame needed to complete project
- Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity
- Review work with Project Manager of products used
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
- Other duties may be assigned by Manager
Job Requirements :
- No experience required - On the job training is available for those with strong attributes!
- Mechanically and mathematically inclined - innately good with numbers
- Ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in running day-to-day business activities and managing key projects
- Possess strong language, written and mathematical skills
- Must be computer literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office desirable
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
