We are currently seeking for Rubber Press Operators for our fast-paced manufacturing operations. This position is regularly scheduled for Monday - Thursday, 7 : 00 pm to 5 : 00 am , and may require overtime and weekends.

There are immediate advancement opportunities for those with the desire, the initiative, and that perform above expectations.

This position requires the ability to (this is not a complete job description) :

The Rubber Press Operator is responsible for all the facets of manufacturing, quality, and safety for materials and personnel assigned to the press.

• Perform Shift Start up and Shift End duties as required.
• Match greige goods, and molds to ensure they are correct for the product scheduled.
• Ensure mats are thoroughly cooked (the rubber is vulcanized) before re loading the press
• Keep accurate production totals
• Assist any team member in need of assistance.
• Any other duty as deemed necessary by the shift supervisor.
• Trim rubber mats
• Stack and lift rubber mats
• Lift heavy material
• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment
• Meet or exceed company quality standards
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Comply with company processes and procedures
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
• Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
• Perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
• Ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
• Successfully complete drug and background screening
