JOB DESCRIPTION : Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to effectively sustain command-wide auditability through implementation of a robust Managers Internal Control Program (MICP) in accordance with DoD Instruction 5010.
40, provide data collection, project management, assessments, and Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) pursuant to FAR 37.203(b).
The Enterprise Risk Management Lead has the following responsibilities :
- Lead and implement MARCORLOGCOM's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to meet the requirements of the OMB Circular A-123.
- Integrate ERM with Managers Internal Control Programs (MICP) to support a robust and holistic program.
- Identify and manage risks to MARCORLOGCOM and develop ERM strategies, objectives, and policies.
- Engage and develop effective working relationships throughout the MARCORLOGCOM organization.
- Support the client with developing relevant guidance, desk guides / Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and / or training as requested.
- Support the client with overseeing and monitoring their risk management activities and progress.
- Monitor and analyze risks within the MARCORLOGCOM organization and effectively report these risks to leadership.
- Leverage applicable DoD financial policies & guidance to execute the ERM program.
- Candidate shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage project timelines & deliverables.
- Candidate shall be able to plan and lead major work assignments.
- DoD, USMC, and / or MARCORLOGCOM experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Secret Eligible
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : None required; Bachelor’s in finance or related field preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : None required; Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 10 years of DoD or private sector risk management experience at the expert level.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : This position is onsite in Albany, GA.
