We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our growing Engineering Design and Consulting Firm.
Skills and Qualifications Required :
- B.A. or B.S. in Accounting or Related Field
- 2 to 3 Years Work Experience in this Field (+)
- QuickBooks Proficient
- QuickBooks Programming (+) - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Communication and Collaboration
- Organizational Skills
Core Responsibilities :
- Accounts Receivable and Collection
- Accounts Payable
- Project Estimates Input (Data Entry)
- Coordinate with External Accountant
- Bookkeeping
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned Additional Notes :

Note : Concentration on A / R, invoicing and must have experience in the construction industry
$28.00 / hr plus hourly pay rate based on experience.
