Role Description
- This is a full-time role for a Director of Business Development - Hybrid.
- The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading new business development initiatives, teaching, training, and managing performance for our sales team, and working with leadership for each of our companies to prospect and obtain new corporate-level client relationships.
- This role is based out of Columbus, Ohio, requires traveling to our offices throughout Southern Ohio to Central Kentucky, and allows for some remote work.
Qualifications
- New Business Development skills - which includes prospecting, networking, and obtaining high-level company-to-company client relationships.
- Performance Accountability experience - reporting on and analyzing individual and team results.
- Performance Training skills - teaching others how to improve their weaknesses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to optimize and leverage CRM for both oneself and business development team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience within the real estate industry is a requirement, and experience within a title company / agency is highly desired.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
