Responsibilities include :
- Manage other team members
- Develop and execute plans to meet sales goals set by management team
Develop and work on optimizing work schedules
- Work closely with vendors and manage inventories
- Help to create meaningful and memorable relationships between coworkers, customers, and vendors
- Guide and train new hires, and help to maintain a postiive team environment

Requirements
- 2 years experience as a specialty coffee barista required
- Must be able to pour latte art
- Ability to calibrate a grinder
- Must be familiar with manual brew methods
- High School Diploma / GED
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- TIPS Certification
- Top-notch customer service skills
