Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate physician and ancillary provider agreements and oversee health plan agreementsSupervise the direct contracting team and organize contract information for timely disseminationSupport administration in evaluating contract terms and preparing contract proposalsRequired QualificationsFive (5) years of experience in contracting, managing service agreements, or providing paralegal servicesA minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experienceExperience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, preferably Google WorkspaceBachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field, or equivalent experiencePreferred background in managed care facilities, IPAs, or health plans
