Position Summary

We are excited to welcome a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Content Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital media, strong organizational skills, and a desire to kickstart their career in the dynamic world of content coordination.

You will be a vital part of our administrative team, responsible for web content entry, social media coordination, and providing support in event coordination.

Responsibilities

Web Content Entry :

  • Assist in updating and maintaining content on the organization's website.
  • Perform key word searches for search engine optimization.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and consistent information.

Social Media Coordination :

  • Support the development and execution of social media content calendars.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels and assist in responding to inquiries.

Event Coordination :

  • Provide support in the planning and execution of digital events and campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for events, and collaborating with internal teams.

Content Creation :

  • Contribute ideas and assist in the creation of digital content, including graphics and written materials.
  • Assist in coordinating larger projects such as photo shoots, videos, and more.

Monitoring and Reporting :

  • Learn to analyze social media and website metrics and provide basic reports on content performance.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned / requested.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but all majors are encouraged to apply.
