The ideal candidate executes creative strategy given by the Creative Manager and senior creative team members. This entry-level multidisciplinary design position will focus primarily on digital design projects, but will occasionally assist in print and collateral design as needed.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Foundational understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe After Effects)
- Foundational understanding of creative best practices, digital design best practices, and current industry trends.
- Strong grasp of the Principals of Design.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Must be comfortable taking art-direction, communicating with internal clients, and working under tight timelines.
- Self-starter attitude and motivated to grow.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic understanding of animation also required.
- Video editing or copywriting skills a plus.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferred
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Expert in the Adobe Suite
