As a Technical Quality Assurance Inspector III, you'll inspect aircraft systems, production components, and support fulfilling all contractual and quality requirements, as well as verify our aircraft installed systems, logistics operations, production components, and support functions.
You'll inspect operational components for serviceability and proper installation, validate Field Service Technician’s work, develop and review operational procedures, and function as the on-site Aviation Safety Official.
You'll capture and analyze statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards, as well as make recommendations for new or enhanced methods, procedures standards, and reporting.
You'll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with appropriate feedback and training.

Responsibilities :
- Auditing & Compliance Schedule and conduct internal quality assurance compliance and special process surveillances on the defined locations assigned to him / her and participate in external audits when requested to ensure internal, customer, industry and / or regulatory requirements are being met.
- Quality Enforcement of SNC’s quality standards and requirements on all work that is performed. Enforce and help all levels of SNC employees recognize quality as a key element of customer satisfaction and meeting SNC’s business goals.
Insist that everyone be expected to demonstrate the highest work ethics when performing job functions, in dealings with their fellow employees, supervisors or outside customers, auditors or regulatory bodies.
Provide Quality Assurance support, validation, and verification for upcoming aircraft modifications. Provide subject matter expert training to program personnel of technical aspects of contract completion.
- Communication Establish clear communication within and between SNC’s network to ensure consistency in what is expected related to training and Quality Assurance requirements.
- Customer Relations When required assist in investigations of external and internal non-conformances and prepare investigation reports for management.
- Reporting Requirements Send all Internal surveillance reports to management as required.
- Safety -Implement and maintain the Aviation Safety Official responsibilities for the program.
Must-haves :
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Proficient ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and documents
- In-depth understanding of electrical wiring concepts
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Products
- An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Preferred :
- Knowledge and ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerance
- Experience drafting work instructions and SOP's
- Experience with Network+, Security+, CCNA and / or A+
- Experience with FCC or FCC GROL
- Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and / or other measuring equipment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and AS 9100 standards
