Beautiful Seacoast area with four seasons, 55 minutes from Boston. Expanding private, non-profit community mental health center seeks a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a staff of ten psychiatrists, for outpatient care.

Psychiatrists perform diagnostic evaluation of the mental and preliminary physical condition of pediatric patients; provide psychiatric treatment;
lead interdisciplinary teams, maintain patient records, determine aftercare plans, instruct interns, nurses and mental health professionals, attend professional conferences and perform other related work as required.
Be available for night and weekend calls as the coverage schedule dictates
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Completion of an accredited residency program in general adult psychiatry.
2. License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire. A valid DEA license.
3. Board certification in general adult psychiatry. If the applicant has completed their residency within the past 5 years, they can be considered eligible for employment but must complete board certification within 5 years from the date of completion of their training.
4. Knowledge of the theories, principles and practices of Psychiatry.

Applicants may be eligible for the NH State Loan Repayment program for up to $75,000 for a minimum service obligation of 36 months with an opportunity of an extension for an additional 24 months at $40,000.
