Description : *Approved Locations : Richmond, VA; Chicago, IL; and Kennesaw, GAHybrid Schedule : Will work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Project coordination responsibilities relating to technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery using the Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.
Manages / Coordinates resources within and across various lines of business and has matrix management responsibility. Balances soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, milestone delivery of the technical solution.
Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions. Must be able to identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project (and personnel) on schedule.
Must be able to succinctly present progress as well as issues and be able to provide possible solutions as well as take constructive criticism and not let it affect you.
Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives. Set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members and stakeholders.
Must be able to identify changing priorities within the project and move resources to continue the most effective use of the resources as many times you are competing for their time with other concurrent projects Required to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.

- Currently this team has 13 resources on it, and they are looking to add 2 additional resources
- Manager is looking for resources that have strong organizational skills
- Candidates must have great communication as they will be responsible for conducting meeting once projects are assigned to them
- Manager looking for candidates that have a clear understanding and have demonstrated Project Management duties within an enterprise organization
- Candidate will be in charge of submitting request
- Must have solid experience with working with Outlook and Excel as they will be reviewing (NCD) Network Change Documents, as well as writing stories for the night work that will be done
- Team ensures that they have a good system of record for auditing purposes. What this team does not do :
- This team does not do video or telepresence, moves, adds, or changes, or remodeling, as that is handled with her peer John Whalon who supports Real Estate services.
