RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to function as a member of a team.

- Current knowledge regarding language arts research and practice.
- Current knowledge of both group and individual assessment and how to interpret the results.
- Ability to lead team meetings and language arts committees as needed.
EXPERIENCE :
Experience working with middle school students.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
- Must have or be eligible for reading endorsement (masters in reading or masters in another teaching area plus reading endorsement.
Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and / or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
