Responsibilities :

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will :

  • Manage full cycle talent acquisition processes for Intern and Ford College Graduate applicants, including but not limited to managing candidate sourcing, selection, and closing.
  • Brand and market Ford as an employer of choice to attract university talent by organizing on-campus and virtual events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and drive strategic talent acquisition plans using talent trend and benchmarking data
  • Provide regular reporting updates to key stakeholders on hiring progress and themes
  • Partner with recruiting vendor on interview scheduling and follow up
  • Serve as a resource and build professional relationships with incoming hires to maintain engagement leading up to start date
  • Support identification of university job seekers by utilizing recruitment technologies (CRM / ATS) and career center postings
  • Assist with planning and execution support for internship programs
  • Lead university recruiting special projects as needed
  • Understand Ford’s business objectives and the evolving external landscape

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 2+ years of university recruiting experience

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Basic understanding of the university recruiting process
  • Results oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proven team player with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to think strategically
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
