Job Description :

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of NLP and computer vision models that drive enhancements to our existing solutions, with a strong focus on accuracy and scalability .

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop impactful, data-driven solutions.

As a senior team member, you will contribute to the research and development of new machine learning (ML) models, mentor junior data scientists, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our product offerings remain competitive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Model Development : Lead the design and implementation of NLP and computer vision models to optimize the accuracy and scalability of our company's products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
• R&D Contribution : Contribute to the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to drive innovation in our product offerings.
• Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior data scientists to enhance their technical skills, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Stay Current : Keep abreast of the latest trends in data science and machine learning, especially in the fields of ML, NLP, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and apply this knowledge to innovate new solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Expertise in ML, NLP, or Computer Vision : Strong background in machine learning , natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Cloud Technologies : Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• ML Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing and deploying machine learning solutions , with expertise in models such as Linear / Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, Neural Networks , Hidden Markov Models, Conditional Random Fields, Topic Modeling , etc.
• Time-Series Data : Proven experience in handling time-series data .
• Statistical Analysis : Extensive background in statistical analysis, including distributions, hypothesis testing , and probability theory .
• Anomaly Detection : Experience in building models for anomaly detection .
• Data Handling : Expertise in managing both structured and unstructured data .
• Technical Proficiency : Strong hands-on experience with statistical packages and ML libraries such as Python, Scikit-learn, Spark MLlib .
• Python Programming : Extensive experience in developing and debugging solutions in Python .

Preferred Qualifications :

• Database Expertise : Experience working with relational , NoSQL , or graph databases .
• Deep Learning & Unsupervised Learning : Experience with unsupervised learning techniques and deep learning methods.
• Machine Learning Applications : Proven experience in applying ML techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Multi-tasking & Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
