Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of progressive experience working with data to deliver actionable insights
- Proficient with SQL, MS Office, and cloud-based technology solutions
- Proficient with data extraction, reporting and dashboard development
- Proficiency with Tableau or similar tool
- Understanding of data structures, relational databases, and PostgreSQL
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; acute attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an investigative nature
- Versatile, flexible, and ability to work enthusiastically within constantly changing priorities
- Ability to explain a complex idea or analysis in simple terms quickly and clearly
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and deliver reports and dashboards to various stakeholders
- Understand business needs, pull data from various sources, and present and interpret the data to provide insights and inform decision making
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI
- Develop, improve, automate, and process routine reports (i.e. sales commissions)
- Assess requirements and make data easily accessible to the organization in a usable and understandable format
- Synthesize custom datasets by transforming data to support ad-hoc analytics and ensure the integrity of the data
