As a Full-Time Social Media Content Creator and Community Manager, you will play a vital role in building and engaging our online communities while crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging and creative social media content for company’s social media platforms and the CEO’s social media channels.
- Capture, edit, and publish content on platforms including, but not limited to : Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing our products, brand values, and lifestyle imagery.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics to complement social media posts.
- Edit and enhance visual content using various software tools to maintain a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing feed.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on the company's Instagram and the founder's Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online community, encouraging engagement and interaction among followers.
- Identify opportunities for community growth and brand advocacy, encouraging user-generated content (UGC) and collaborations.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues raised via social media, escalating when necessary to the appropriate internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
- Proactively research and identify new opportunities and content ideas to drive community engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with brand campaigns and promotions.
- Track social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through rates.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, offering recommendations for content optimization and community engagement improvement.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the fashion or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, with the ability to capture and edit high-quality visual content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools to efficiently manage and track content performance.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Professional in nature as you will be accompanying client in many formal and professional settings.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative in content development and community engagement.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Passion for fashion, beauty, and empowering individuals through body positivity and self-confidence.
- Comfortable and confident in creating content with client that is political in nature to support client’s personal beliefs and goals.
- Ability to be create content and be available beyond regular working hours to post, repost, etc. as needed.
- Confidence in working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, ability to pivot without stress, and go with the flow
