Sr. IT Project Manager, Suppy Chain and eCommerce Integration

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. IT Project Manager with a strong IT background to lead critical supply chain initiatives, including eCommerce integration projects.

This role bridges IT and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless digital transformation and process optimization. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment between supply chain operations and eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Project Management : Lead supply chain and eCommerce projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• IT & Supply Chain Collaboration : Work closely with IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders to drive integration of systems and processes.
• eCommerce Integration : Manage projects involving eCommerce platforms, ensuring smooth data flow across supply chain systems and online channels.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align project goals and expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions to supply chain operations.
• Process Optimization : Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of both supply chain operations and eCommerce projects.
• Data Analytics & Reporting : Monitor KPIs and deliver project status reports to senior leadership, providing insights into project performance.
• Change Management : Manage change initiatives to support smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain project management or a related role.
• Proven experience working on IT projects within supply chain functions (ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar).
• Hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Projects, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with API integration between systems.
• Exposure to IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL).
