Description
Position at CMI Media Group The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, learn about the full-cycle recruitment process, and develop essential skills in human resources. Responsibilities :
- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling meetings and organizing recruitment materials.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of recruitment metrics and reports.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or a recent Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
