What you’ll be doing
- Encourage positive relationship building
- Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
- Personal Care / Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
- Provide Community Living Supports (CLS) in a variety of settings; community, in consumers home, and facility based
- Role modeling and training appropriate behavior and skills to the person served to help them achieve their highest level of independence
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license required
- Ability to lift lbs
- Ability to pass background checks as applicable
- Ability to become certified in CPR / First Aid
- Possess basic computer skills
