Marcum Search has an immediate full time opening with a law firm in downtown NYC for a Sr. Financial Systems Administrator to be the SME on their financial systems and lead their migration from their current SAP environment to Elite 3E.
The role will play a key part in enhancing the functionality and user experience of the firm’s financial management system as it migrates to Elite 3E.
Candidates must have experience with Elite 3E to be considered for this position and must be able to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
ResponsibilitiesBe the liaison between the finance team and the IT team, external vendors, and consultants. Ensure all financial system connectivity including SAP and Elite 3E, Sage, InTapp, and ADP.
Be the primary point of contact for system users in the firm’s Billing, A / P, G / L, Financial Reporting, Cash Application and Collection teams.
Manage application servers, databases, integration points, data interfaces, transmissions, reporting, back-end scripting and queries, performance / stability, and system security for the firm’s financial systems.
QualificationsExperience administering Elite 3E. Other financial systems such as SAP are a plus.Law firm experience preferred.
Other legal or professional services experience will be considered. Experience administrating Elite 3E including database schema and advanced query writing skills.
