Weare currently seeking a fulltime Special Education Teacher for thisacademic school year. This position offers guaranteed fulltimehours until the end of the school year with the potential forrenewal based on performance.
TheSpecial Education Teacher will be responsible for planning andimplementing individualized education plans for students withdiverse learning needs in a selfcontained classroom setting.
We areseeking a candidate who can collaborate effectively with parentscaregivers and fellow staff members to develop comprehensiveeducational plans that address students unique needs andchallenges.
Additionally the Special Education Teacher will berequired to attend professional development sessions provided bythe schooldistrict.
Requirements
- IllinoisESE K12Certification
- BachelorsDegree in Special Education or relateddegree
- Proven experience as aSpecial Education Teacher or relevant role
- Experience working with childrenwith a wide range of varyingabilities
