We are hiring for our client in Tampa. You would be operating a High-Definition Plasma Cutting Table. Your responsibilities would also include some other prefab work, shearing, sawing, grinding and drilling.

This job involves a significant amount of lifting cut parts from a plasma table and placing them on pallets. Full sheets of material are hoisted onto the table, and then removed by hand as smaller parts.

You will produce machined parts by programming and operating a CNC machine maintaining quality and safety standards and maintaining equipment and supplies.

MUST HAVE :

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a shop operations / manufacturing
• Minimum of 2 years plasma table experience
• 2 years of Angle Shear Cut Machine experience
• 1 year welding experience, preferred
• Able to read blueprints & tape measure
• HS diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License

SKILLS needed in order to perform the essential job functions.

• Background in manufacturing and / or construction management
• Experience with, safety, productivity and process development
• Strong reading and interpreting plans and documents
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements-
• Following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions

Pay Ranges $20-$24 an hour depending on experience. Need your own PPE gear : Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses & Long pants or jeans.
