Directs team members (employees and consultants) at all levels of contract administration.Controls any number of projects at various stages of work.

Reviews records of accounts and inputs entries into to proper accounts.Consults with clients to determine requirements of structure, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs and construction time.

Plans schedule of projects and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.Reviews progress of drawings and prepares feedback to clients regarding schedule of projects.

Reviews design details for constructability, safety and conformance to project requirements.Represents County Prestress in obtaining bids and awarding construction subcontracts.

Administers construction contracts, pay applications, and conducts onsite observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans and specifications.

Consults with engineers on project alterations and repairs.Directs and supervises activities of engineers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.

Directs Site Specific Safety Plans provided by subcontractors on each project.Prepares and finalizes all project closeout documents, and final pay applications.

The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position which will typically involve 50+ hours a week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early / late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies at the job site.

Travel The employee may travel extensively when the construction site is not close to the main office or when responsible for activities at two or more sites.
