Operations Manager needed to help build and lead a team in a new manufacturing facility launching in the Indy area. Huge opportunity for impact, and for someone to be creative in shaping operations.

Clean & FDA regulated environment. This role will report to the Plant Manager and be a key member of the leadership team.
Your reports will be Production / Shift Supervisors across multiple shifts, but this is a daytime position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is happy to get out on the plant floor with their team, owning high-level planning and budgeting, working closely with engineering, maintenance, HR leadership to develop and implement effective processes, and create development plans for people on your team.

Salary range of $100-120K, plus Bonus target of 10-15%, amazing 401K plan, and excellent insurance coverage.
REQUIRED :
- Bachelor's Degree required (engineering, technical, operations related preferred, but flexible)
- 5+ years of experience managing / leading manufacturing.
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in regulated production environments (FDA / GMP preferred, food, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, etc.)
