Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to create data-driven strategies that improve our company's processes and increase our market share.
You will be working with a team to mine data, develop analytics tools, and report back on your findings and solutions.
To be successful as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you should have a passion for data and a highly analytical mind. Top candidates will also have good written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain the strategies you want to implement.
Pricing Analyst Responsibilities :
- Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends
- Ability to mine and create own data sets using SQL or other related tools
- Analyzing data to increase market share and profitability
- Applying statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability
- Recommending pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identifying new market segments
- Developing dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends
- Preparing and presenting pricing analysis findings to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff
- Operational analysis and trends
- Fixed asset analysis and trends
- Providing actionable analysis and reporting
- Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions
- Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue
- Create and standardize Customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s)
- Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments
- Generate reports of findings and present these to senior management
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies
- Other duties as assigned
