TOS Integration Analyst (Onsite)

Purpose :

Responsible for the systems integrations in an industrial environment, Terminal Operations system (TOS) integrations, Container Terminal Operational Systems, and its integrations with Operational Technology (OT), Terminal Auto Gate applications, Terminal ERP systems.

Including supporting and maintaining IT integrations and application design. Works closely with the terminal IT Applications Head to build the IT systems, managing vendors and control the IT costs.

Actively collaborate with his business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency by adopting new IT capabilities.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Design, implementation and management of the Terminal Operations System and its integrations with Auto Gate, ERP and automation integrations.
• Researches and analyzes integration technologies, architecture, design, conduct analysis, prepares recommendations and facilitates efficiency enhancements.
• Develops business requirement documents and specifications.
• Supports the review and understand integrations design and process requirements to develop software functional specifications for optimization / continuous improvement projects.
• System integration, software integration test planning, testing, and commissioning for the application integration landscape.
• Ensure proper application lifecycle and version management by following up every software integration release into production environment while acting as hyper care support.
• Works as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes.
• Coordinate troubleshooting calls for Incidents Priority 1 to 4 acting as the incident manager when an issue is presented at the Waterside application level.
• Analyze data and work with management to develop IT application and solutions.
• Works closely with the terminal operational and functional team to identify and implement improvements to business operations, services and models.
• Ensure proper integration of vendor engineering solutions into the overall terminal engineering documentation.
• Ensure SLAs are met on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with the regional platform business analyst to identify opportunities to modernize, streamline and standardize the terminal tech portfolio.
• Participates in the development of root cause analysis for major incidents impacting the terminal operations and ensure identified countermeasures are deployed as planned.
• With the Terminal IT manager, define the terminal Tech portfolio modernization, infrastructure simplification and applications rationalization

Preferred skills :

• Education University or higher vocational degree and certification in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
• Experience Minimum five (5) years of Terminal experience, automation component experience is preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of related project handling / coordination experience and process documentation.
• Operational Technology hardware and integration experience is preferred.
• Skills the following are strongly recommended / critical : Detailed understanding of terminal TOS (SPARCS N4) architecture, terminal Auto Gate technology, Terminal ERP applications.

Understand concepts of automation, automation interfaces to exchange data and messaging between systems.Understanding of messaging frameworks, application stacks.

Experience with Gate, ERP, OCR technology and terminal IT automation.Application lifecycle and IT Service Management concepts.

Good understanding of application programming interfaces, IDEs and code frameworks. C#, Java, PL-SQL / T-SQL, Active MQ and Relational DBs / SQL.

Understanding of Continuous Improvement / LEAN / Six Sigma.

Must be well-organized, punctual, and persistent (personal discipline) with strong internal client service skills.

Pay Range : $150,000 to $165,000

$150,000 to $165,000

The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.

The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
