We are currently seeking a experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This Accountant performs a variety of accounting duties involved in preparing and reconciling financial transactions, statements and reports.
You will also assist the Accounting Manager to oversee A / R and A / P processes, coordinate cash managements and other Accounting administrate tasks.
Responsibilities
Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements for CAS Oversight package within 15 days after general ledger cutoff
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations within seven business days after general ledger cutoff
Prepare monthly A / R and Payroll reconciliation report within three business days after general ledger cutoff
Responsible for PCard oversight, compliance and coordinate credit limit requests
Ensure the accounts receivable objectives and metrics are met - oversee maintenance and research on AR over 30 days past due
Oversee A / P day to day operation inclusive of managing A / P staff
Responsible for setting up all Accounting system access for Facility and Platform staff
Participate in the account’s Finance Workstream group to facilitate process improvement discussions
Track and ensure compliance of Segregation of Duties matrix
Monitor and respond to inquiries submitted to JLL Finance alias
Other duties as designated by the Finance Director.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance required; CPA a plus
5+ years of accounting experience, some real estate experience preferred
Supervisory experience a plus
Advanced accounting and analytical skills
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs
Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
Understanding of and commitment to client services
A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
Estimated total compensation ran for this position is :
70,000.00 95,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
