SummaryThe Associate Client Relationship Manager develops relationships and solicits business with new and existing accounts.

Responsible for processing orders, complete billing, and solicit new & repeat business while providing excellent customer service to all clients, both internal & external.

Assists in resigning existing business. Focuses on monitoring, growing, and up-selling existing business.This position will support our Client Relationships group under our Growth (Sales) team.

It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and / or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Reno, NV.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales : Sales Volume - $750,000 total or more annuallyPerform outbound sales calls, including cold calling, lead follow-up and sales qualification to ascertain affiliate requirements.

Prospect customers through cold call sales and referralsUp-sell current customersDevelop and present verbal and / or written proposals to potential clientsQuote prices and credit terms in compliance with Freeman policies and proceduresAct as primary representative for assigned accounts taking each account through the Freeman Sales CycleAttend industry events to earn businessRe-signs the existing businessClient Solutions : Produces and reviews orders with operational personnelConfirms jobs and requests necessary information to prepare service plan requirementsSupervises jobs on site as requiredResponsible for event job costingManages problems quickly, efficiently, and effectively to meet customer’s needsResponds to customer complaints and handles payment collection process as requiredMiscellaneous : Prepare business transaction reportsRecord activities in company provided CRM systemReceive and process orders taken in company inventory / invoicing data systemsSubmit an itemized expense report for approval per company policiesDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with branch operationsConduct site inspections as necessary or requested, be on site for set up as neededCollect payment information from customers and perform proper approval verificationConduct follow up calls to customers to ensure service excellencePerform other duties as may be assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required6 months to 2 years of sales experience preferredMust be willing to consistently visit and solicit new businessWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applicationsStrong drive for personal growth and commitment to succeedDemonstrated proficiency in accuracy and ability to prioritizeAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variablesAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers and the general publicAbility to calculate figures and amounts, such as, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etcExcellent verbal communication skills requiredTravel RequirementsTravel up to 25%What We OfferFreeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
