Position Details :
- Part-time hours offered! Monday-Friday 3-6 pm.
- Pay ranges from $19.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
- Registered Behavior Technician available to begin immediately!
- Not yet an RBT? No worries! We have an on-site training program as a benefit! We value our Behavior Technicians and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in a childs life.
That is why we make it our mission to provide comprehensive training as a path to RBT certification!
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision of a BCBA, to provide 1 : 1 ABA intervention with clients in their homes, schools, communities, and clinic.
When covering sessions, BTs and RBTs are responsible for implementing treatment protocols as they are written, collecting data on specific target behaviors, and writing service notes.
BTs and RBTs also work with families (parents and caregivers) by providing parent training and collecting data on the behaviors of caregivers.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct 1 : 1 care in the home, community, and / or center utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training procedures?
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols?
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior?
- Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with a clients individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols, when directed to by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.?
- Effectively communicate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.?
- Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures at all times when working?
with clients (Safety Care)?
- Maintain client and family confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines?
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work & therapy environment?
- Maintain professionalism with all parties involved
- Collaborate on a team of ABA providers to provide the best care for the client
- Willingness to utilize technology for various purposes and to learn novel systems
Qualifications :
Minimum of High school equivalent or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Desire to work with children of varying ages and abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
- Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
- Collaborative nature
