Work closely with teams of all sizes and skill levels in design charrettes and workshops.Consistently demonstrate the ability to design powerful, effective 3D business solutions.
Deftly create 3D models from the graphics of style guides from a wide variety of clients.Intuitively design with the trade show attendee journey in mind.
Use animation to create impactful walk-through videos of your designs.
Execution and InspirationCreate environmental design ideas for trade shows, corporate events, brand activations, conferences, delivering on different touch points with flair and consistency.
Enhance brand experiences with detailed 3D-visualization such as floor plans, conceptual renderings, elevations, and architecture.
Interpret briefs and be familiar with the new business pitch process.Brilliantly present yourself as a considerate and reliable teammate on every project.
Partner with designated art director or creative director to execute the 3D design direction.Bring an innovative approach to all work and push the boundaries of 3D software.
Visualize powerful 3D experiential concepts and collaborate with other 3D and 2D designers.Articulate vision through pencil and paper when necessary - sketch and illustration skills are a plus.
Apply or expand upon knowledge of motion graphics design and animation for added value.Work closely with clients in person and on calls in a professional manner.

QualificationsWe understand the importance of transferrable skills and a diverse perspective, so if you do not fit all these requirements, we still want to hear from you and encourage you to apply!4-6+ years' experience within the exhibition, events or experiential industry with a background in brand design, environmental, spatial and visual storytellingAn obsession with the latest trends in design, culture and technology innovationsA passion for finding the right balance of materials, space and light to create innovative spacesAbility to integrate with various disciplines and collectively build ideation mood boards, presentation and executional drawings including floor plans, perspective interiors, elevations, all packaged in client facing design decks.
A firm understanding of technology integration and collaborating with tech partnersA vast knowledge of materials, finishes, graphic applications and fabrication methodsConvincing presentation skills and ability to articulate a vison and the ideas they createA keen sense of project flow, timelines, project challenges and appropriate paths to resolutionProficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop visualization throughout the design processExpert knowledge of 3D Studio Max with V-ray or similar 3D industry-standard softwareExpert knowledge with AutoCADAbility to work flexible hours and travel to industry-related shows, conferences and meetings as they arisePlease include a link to your Portfolio at time of application
