$65,000+ yearly
Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their needs and discover fresh sales opportunities
- Follow provided scripts to effectively convey the team's value proposition and handle customer objections with professionalism and honesty
- Use various communication channels like outbound calls and emails to update clients on their buying and selling progress and ensure their satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to smoothly guide them through the sales pipeline
- Meet productivity standards and consistently hit revenue targets
Qualifications :
- Must possess a strong drive and motivation to excel in sales and life
- Demonstrates exceptional skills in building and nurturing client relationships to discover their needs and spot sales opportunities
- Excellent verbal communication abilities and the capacity to express ideas clearly
- Highly organized professional with effective time management skills
- Proficient in or quick to learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
