Key ResponsibilitiesProcess pharmacy prior authorization requests and support clinical pharmacistsCommunicate with health plan members, pharmacists, and healthcare team members to promote medication useInput and maintain data in various software applications and conduct data collection and communicationRequired QualificationsPharmacy technician licensure in Arizona and pharmacy technician certification requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a managed care or healthcare settingExperience with pharmacy benefit management and prior authorization processesAbility to learn and master various software programs necessary for job functionsCall center experience is preferred
