A Multi-Billion Dollar, Publicly Traded, Global Advertising Company is looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to their team located in Fort Lauderdale.
This position is expected to work 3 days in office and will be compensated competitively!

Job Function
- Maintain the control environment for all Vendor invoices and payable transactions within a group of Agency partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness for our accounting and reporting needs.
- Supervise a team of AP Clerks.
- Review and approve AP disbursement files, ensure payment files were uploaded properly and post disbursement files.
- Review month end AP aging and resolve variances between the AP subledger and the GL.
- Facilitate and support SOX Compliance testing as well as internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Business is preferred, or comparable job experience.
- 4+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in another Agency or large global company.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
