Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting for several positions located in the Jessup and Laurel, Maryland areas.

Description :

Responsible for moving materials around a warehouse or manufacturing facility using heavy machinery.

• Receiving shipments : Offloading shipments, moving items to storage, and selecting storage locations
• Preparing merchandise : Securing merchandise for transport and using radio communications to determine priorities
• Moving materials : Loading and unloading materials from vehicles, moving pallet-packed materials, and stacking loads in storage bays
• Utilize forklift, cherry picker, reach truck (required), pallet jack and similar to move materials to designation locations
• Maintaining equipment : Performing equipment checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning, oiling, recharging, and refueling
• Following safety regulations : Ensuring loads are secure and centered, and adhering to company guidelines
• Maintaining records : Completing forms, maintaining production records, and reporting issues

Qualifications :

• Must have several years and recent experience with forklift operating
• Must have experience on Cherry Picker and Reach Truck
• The ability to lift 50 pounds
• A minimum of 3-5 years warehouse experience is a must , shipping and receiving preferred
• Full time availability

SHIFTS AVAILABLE : Monday-Friday

Monday-Friday

9 : 00am-5 : 00pm OR 4 : 00pm-12 : 30am

$20 / h for day shift, $20.50 / hr for night shift
