Primary Responsibilities : *Drawing easement sketches, boundary surveys, and additional types of surveys*Drawing and interpreting utility asbuilts*Plotting, locating, and reading land descriptions regarding both easements and parcels of land *Reviewing and applying Title documents and Table A items (ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys)Requirements : *5 years of experience in Land Surveying / Civil construction OR looking to get SIT / licensed*High Proficiency with AutoCAD 3-D*High School Diploma or GED required*Valid Driver's License *Experience in Florida required
